1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using TripHunt Game (the “App”) and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Similar services typically require acceptance of their terms and policies to use the app.

2. Eligibility (Age)

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent/guardian’s permission and supervision.

3. What TripHunt Game provides

TripHunt Game offers location-based treasure hunts in Morocco. Players progress by answering questions and solving riddles at real tourist sites, earning points and unlocking challenges.

4. Account

You may be able to use some features without creating an account. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. License to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, for your personal use. The App is licensed, not sold.

6. Location & gameplay safety

6.1 Location

The Service may use your device location to enable core gameplay (e.g., validating that you are at/near a checkpoint). You can disable location permissions, but location-based features may not work.

6.2 Safety rules

You agree that:

  • You will stay aware of your surroundings, follow traffic rules, and do not use the App in a way that distracts you from hazards.
  • You will not trespass, enter restricted areas, or break local laws.
  • You will not put yourself or others in danger while completing tasks. (Comparable services explicitly require safe conduct.)

7. User Content

“User Content” includes any text, answers, usernames, images, photos, or other content you upload or submit through the Service.

  • You keep ownership of your User Content.
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service (e.g., showing results/leaderboards, showcasing public hunts, marketing examples that are not the “main part” of an advertisement). Similar platforms request such permissions to display/publish created content.
  • You represent you have the rights to post the content and it does not violate privacy or laws.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, impersonate, or post hateful/illegal content;
  • Attempt to access others’ accounts, scrape the Service, or upload malware;
  • Circumvent rules, cheat, or interfere with gameplay integrity.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including trademarks, branding, app design, routes, text, and content created by us, is owned by TripHunt or licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.

10. Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, they are processed by Apple or Google. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the store’s rules. We do not control the payment processing by the stores.

11. Third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party tools (e.g., maps, analytics, crash reporting). Their terms and policies may apply.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that all information will be accurate at all times.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripHunt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss related to your use of the Service (including accidents occurring while playing).

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
